Terms and Conditions of PACKAGINGDESIGN.IO

1. Introduction
Welcome to PACKAGINGDESIGN.IO. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our subscription services and our website, and the agreement between us (the “Agreement”).

2. Subscription Services
We provide unlimited design requests and revisions within the month for the subscribed package, with 1, 2, or 3 simultaneous design requests based on the chosen subscription tier.

3. Payment and Subscription Terms
3.1. Clients are required to pay the subscription fee in advance at the start of each month.
3.2. Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor.
3.3. The subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled by the client.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1. Clients can cancel their subscription within the first week of the subscribed month to receive a 75% refund.
4.2. Cancellation during the second week of the subscribed month will result in a 50% refund.
4.3. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the second week of the subscribed month.

5. Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide all necessary information and feedback required for the completion of design requests in a timely manner.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1. All intellectual property rights in the work produced will be transferred to the client upon completion of the design and receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.2. We retain the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes unless specifically denied by the client in writing beforehand.

7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for losses or damages arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific month’s subscription period.

8. Data Protection
We comply with all applicable data protection laws and ensure that client data is stored and processed securely.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these T&C at any time. Continued use of our services after any amendments constitutes agreement to the new T&C.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
